Well, lets see here....This past Thursday was my BOCES Career and Tech Recognition ceremony, basically an awards night for all those that attend the vocational programs at my local BOCES. So I was dragged to it by my family (my Dad and his parents, my Step-Mom couldn't make it), and was forced to dress up for it (I went in slacks and a button up shirt, no dress or skirt for me!). So after sitting through an hour and a half of the other class awards (and the BOCES director skipping my class and two others, he almost completly forgot my class actually) they called all of us up for our awards, all four of us. Well, my class ended up being handed out cash awards from our local Rotary Club for various things, Best Future in the Area, Most Imporvment, Greatest Achievment in the Class and Highest Achievment of a First Year, the last two getting the most money out of the awards. My one second year friend got the Greatest Achievment award, our one deaf girl got the Most Improvment one (and $400 from a contest she had won) and another second year got the Best Future in the Career award or something like that, the last two getting $100 in cash. I got the Highest Achievment of a First Year Award, and like my one second year friend who got the other Achievment award, $200 in cash! I just about died><

So now I'm waiting for my check to come in, and am bragging about it all over the place. What am I gonna get? A Wii....'cause Wii's rock!

I also have another awards night coming up, this time at my High School, and I don't know what I'm getting there>< Don't think it's cash though, my school's to poor to hand out any sizeable amounts of it to their students like that. That's Wednesday, I'm going to my Dad's this weekend for Memorial Day, and then that following Saturday I've got Prom (well the After Party, I'm not going to Prom).

Amongst all of this I've got a Photoshop Practical Wednesday, a research paper on Nazi Experiments (more specifically Josef Mengele's experiments) on prisoners during WW2 due on Wednesday, and probably more due on Wednesday as well, and I'm getting ice cream Thursday for my research paper and am getting my hair cut Friday if I get the day off. It's gonna be a hectic week.
